However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be exchanged or refunded, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered, if damaged. We request you to ask the delivery boy to open the box and record his video while opening the box.

In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on support@phoneclub.in

 

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-

 

Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.

  • Claims must be raised within 24 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the Claim.
  • Exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by EBBR Tradelink Private Limited.
  • COD orders are not eligible for Refund under any circumstances.
  • Damages due to the user’s mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
  • Cuda Tech (phoneclub.in) reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds.

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
